In this blog no. 11, I share my personal insights about how to create and use your own effective and simple skincare routines to help make your skin more beautiful and healthier!
I have a couple of questions:
- Are you sure that you follow the right skincare routines for your face?
- Also, do you commit sufficient time every day with the right routines for your skin to look beautiful and healthy?
I have few Routine Tips to share, which are easy to remember:
- Stick to the Basics! Keep your routines SIMPLE so that you do not get burnt out and also do not potentially damage your skin with too many layers of products and excess amounts, which can potentially lead to skin overload, suffocation or sensitization. Apply excess only of your sunscreen broad spectrum with SPF 30+!
- Read carefully the labels and use only the right, safer and cleaner skincare products, and apply them in the right order, and the right amount!
- In the Beginning, Take Small Steps: Some women have told me they got burnt out and quit after few weeks. That is why the secret is to take small steps in the beginning, and follow through with mini routines every night and morning, and do not neglect your skin for days!
