SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing: All orders may require up to 72 hours or 3 business days from the time they are placed for processing, pending stock availability and credit card verification. 

We currently offer two (2) shipping methods only within the continental United States, the Lower 48 states:

• Standard Ground
• USPS (the US Post Office) typically within 4 to 8 days after processing.
• Delivery by UPS typically within 4 to 8 days after processing.
•  2-Day
• Delivery by UPS within 48 business hours within Continental USA after processing is completed (see Order Processing above), if order is placed before 9:00 AM US Central Time (Chicago IL time zone), Monday – Friday.

Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead.

Delivery is defined as one shipping method selected for delivery to one address.

Notes:

• We are not responsible for any package delays in delivery time that may be caused by external factors including but not limited to weather, pandemic, carrier delays from UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
• We maintain the right to choose on our own the most effective among various carriers for the shipment of your order without notice and without extra shipment charges to you.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer:

• International Shipping
• Saturday/Holiday delivery
• Delivery to a PO Box, Military Post Office or Freight Forwarding Company
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

Order Processing:

• Pelaskin.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
• You will not be charged for any item until it is being prepared to ship from our distribution center.

• Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
