RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products, and hope you enjoy our PELA SKIN product(s). If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unopened or unused item to us for a full refund within SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, AND AS LONG AS NO MORE THAN TEN PERCENT (10%) of the skincare product weight has been consumed and you have the original receipt of purchase from our pelaskin.com website. Please note that only products purchased on pelaskin.com may be returned for refund. All original labels and tags must be attached and the jar or bottle and the product box must be in its original packaging. 

Final sale merchandise will be noted on the Service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of returned goods, pelaskin.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

At this time, pelaskin.com only offers UPS Standard Ground Shipping free return labels for domestic return addresses and only for the Lower 48 States.

 

How To Make A Return

  • Please contact pelaskin.com for your Return Authorization Number and the pre-paid UPS return standard ground shipping label by emailing us at: info@pelaskin.com or phone at 1-832-230-5800.
  • Explain by email or on the phone the reason about the product return.
  • Pack your shipment with the return form and the original order packing slip. We recommend that you package your return merchandise securely in its original packaging.
  • Print the UPS return standard ground shipping label and affix to the exterior of the box.

Damaged Items

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for a shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately or the latest within 24hrs from the delivery date at info@pelaskin.com or phone at 1-832-230-5800.
  • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for expedited service, and also email us or text us photos of the damaged item.
  • To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Note:

PELA SKIN skincare products purchased at retailer stores or other websites or through resellers that may sell our PELA SKIN merchandise cannot be returned to www.pelaskin.com website.

 

Refunds

Should you select a refund and you meet all of the listed requirements above per our Return Policy, pelaskin.com will refund the original form of payment you provided.

Outbound shipping costs incurred by customer may be refundable up to the level of the applicable UPS Standard Ground shipping rate regardless of the cost and shipping choice of the original shipment selected by customer. 

We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

 

The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift, discount or promotion.

Refunds and exchanges are not permitted for Gift Cards, phone cards, tickets, licenses, permits, postage stamps, clearance items, etc. All sales are final.
